As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the voice of an innovative company. You'll handle inbound calls, providing real-time assistance and solutions to our valued customers.

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the voice of an innovative company. You'll handle inbound calls, providing real-time assistance and solutions to our valued customers.
Your role involves:
- Assisting customers with account setup and application navigation
- Resolving username/password issues
- Uninstalling/reinstalling our mobile app
- Delivering top-notch support with a professional and friendly approach
What we are looking for:
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Work experience in a customer service center is an advantage
- Solid computer skills (MS Office, use of the internet, e-mail, and web-based applications)
- Interest in technology and desire to learn new skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Team player with a great attitude
- High school education
