As a Business Analyst at Dentaprime, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing performance and contributing to the expansion of our clinic's services. We are looking for an individual with a passion for analytics, a keen eye for detail, and a strong ability to forecast and adapt in a dynamic environment.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- 1 year of experience in a similar role
- B1/B2 level of English - Intermediate/Upper-intermediate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Power BI would be considered as an advantage
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Track and analyze marketing campaigns using KPIs for continuous improvement
- Analyze historical data and market trends to forecast patient demand and allocate resources effectively
- Gather and analyze patient feedback and reviews to improve the clinic's marketing and service quality
- Create and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI
- Utilize data analysis tools and software to create predictive models, refine forecasting methodologies, and identify trends that can inform marketing and business strategies
