For one of our clients – a technology-driven company developing Business Intelligence and Marketing products in the iGaming industry, operating in a regulated market and focused on delivering innovative data-driven solutions – we are looking for a Data Analyst to join their team.

For one of our clients – a technology-driven company developing Business Intelligence and Marketing products in the iGaming industry, operating in a regulated market and focused on delivering innovative data-driven solutions – we are looking for a Data Analyst to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and support Business Intelligence initiatives across the organization;
- Collaborate with department heads to provide analytical insights for Customer Service, Responsible Gambling, Risk Management, Player Engagement, and Product teams;
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support monitoring and decision-making;
- Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to support strategic and operational decisions;
- Participate in data pipeline and ETL processes, working with tools such as Airflow or similar technologies;
- Conduct data quality checks and implement validation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity;
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics;
- Ensure that data analysis aligns with regulatory requirements and responsible gambling principles;
- Collaborate with technical teams to improve data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes;
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field;
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role;
- At least 1 year of experience in the gambling/iGaming industry would be an advantage;
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation;
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation and data modeling;
- Experience with ETL tools (Airflow preferred) or similar data pipeline technologies and Python would be an advantage;
- Experience working with both real-time and batch data processing;
- Experience with data quality assurance and validation processes;
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret complex datasets.
