• Monday to Friday working schedule 10:00–19:00 or 11:00–20:00

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and develop an international portfolio of active clients
• Provide clear, compliant guidance on platform usage and market-related topics
• Maintain proactive communication and consistent service standards
• Understand client goals and support long-term engagement
• Contribute to retention strategies through professional relationship management

Requirements:

• Fluent English (written & spoken)
• Proven experience in Forex or Crypto retention
• Minimum 5 to 6 months of retention experience
• Regulated brokerage background is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset
