DevriX is hiring a Key Account Manager to spearhead a portfolio of strategic accounts and work together with in-house delivery teams in our HQ based in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will oversee contracts with accounts ranging from $10M growing brands to Fortune 500 companies, unpack business problems and propose data-driven, actionable initiatives, define priorities, get buy-in, and coordinate internal execution. The position requires extreme ownership, balancing high-level strategy for recurring clients while keeping the pulse on existing and upcoming opportunities in the digital realm for B2B accounts – effective tools and systems in use for GTM motions, latest advancements in paid media, SEO, and AI augmentation, and ROI-driven initiatives delivering impactful results and growing client accounts in the process.Key Goals- Serve as the primary point of contact for 8–12 key accounts, overseeing all client communication, relationship health, and strategic alignment.
- Lead discovery sessions, roadmap planning, and strategic workshops for enterprise clients through a deeper understanding of economic forces and GTM motions, available market research tools, and our bespoke tooling developed internally.
- Monitor account KPIs, project progress, and delivery hours consumed, providing transparent reporting to clients and internally.
- Translate high-level client objectives into project scopes, SOP breakdowns, and structured deliverables for the project team.
- Ensure contract renewals, hit account profitability targets, and support upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Identify delivery risks, scope creep, or satisfaction gaps early and implement mitigation plans to maintain account health.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with client executives (Directors, VPs, CMOs), facilitating strategic reviews and executive-level updates.
- Work closely with internal teams (development, project management, operations) to ensure clarity, alignment, and stellar execution.
- Package insights, findings, and client strategy into frameworks, dashboards, and narrative decks to drive clarity and action.
- Contribute to building scalable account management processes, playbooks, and repeatable frameworks for martech project delivery;
- 5+ years in account or project management, consulting, enterprise client services in an agency, enterprise SaaS, or fast-paced product startup.
- Proven experience managing successful international accounts, including strategic planning, delivery oversight, and commercial expansion.
- Strong business acumen through practical know-how and former experience in delivery (marketing, product management, consulting), being able to translate business obstacles into delivery plans.
- Fluent and captivating communication in both English & Bulgarian: hold the room in executive-level conversations, discovery calls, and cross-department discussions.
- Experience guiding stakeholders through decision-making in ambiguous/evolving situations (recessions, layoffs, M&A processes).
- ROI-driven mindset – strong focus on high-impact initiatives for retention and expansion, supporting both account goals and company-wide revenue objectives;
- Spearhead delivery and roadmap development for a portfolio of enterprise and high-growth B2B clients (some with us for 8+ years).
- Influence the future of martech solutions, internal products, and GTM initiatives at DevriX.
- Operate in a fast-paced, autonomous environment closely tied to growing global SMEs and mid-market companies.
