Your Role: We are currently on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our client’s expanding team. As a key player in this role, you will:
- Dive into a comprehensive, fully paid training program designed to equip you with everything you need to succeed.
- Engage with customers daily via phone, email, and chat, providing top-notch support.
- Tackle issues related to the company’s products with confidence and creativity.
- Use empathy and positive language to address client inquiries, ensuring a delightful customer experience.
- Offer valuable information and support that customers can rely on long after the call ends.
What We’re Looking For: Success in this role is straightforward if you possess the following:
- Strong command of English (B2/C1 level) to ensure seamless communication.
- Availability to join the team on short notice.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, rotating between two shifts: 10:00-19:00 and 11:00-20:00.
- A knack for representing our client’s products with clarity, passion, and enthusiasm.
- Solid computer skills—a must in today’s digital world!
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role? That’s a bonus, but not a dealbreaker.
