KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- CRM & Lifecycle Strategy (Own Returning Customer Revenue)
- Own the end-to-end CRM and retention strategy, focusing on increasing repeat purchase rate, purchase frequency, and customer lifetime value.
- Build and maintain customer segments and lifecycle cohorts, including new customers, active loyalists, lapsed audiences, and VIPs.
- Partner with eCommerce, Merchandising, Creative, and Growth to align CRM plans with collection launches, product drops, back-in-stock moments, and seasonal stories.
- Develop a direct channel revenue model for Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp, and Loyalty communications.
- Define and track KPIs such as CRM channel revenue, repurchase rate, CLV, opt-in growth, and engagement.
- Direct Communication Channels (Email, SMS, Direct Mail, WhatsApp)
- Own the planning, creation, and optimisation of all direct customer communications—balancing storytelling, brand identity, and commercial performance.
- Build and manage automated journeys including: ( Welcome / Post-purchase / Product/category affinity / Back-in-stock & price drop / Abandon browse & abandon cart / VIP exclusives / Win-back and lapsed flows, etc.)
- Bring personalization to life through predicted behavior, past purchases, browsing patterns, size preferences, and product affinities.
- Develop a sophisticated testing program across content, creative, send times, cadence, segmentation, and channel mix.
- Build and manage dashboards to measure: ( Returning customer revenue / Cohort performance / CRM channel contribution / Engagement trends / CLV development)
- Deliver weekly insights to leadership summarizing performance, learnings, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure full compliance with GDPR, ePrivacy, and mobile communication regulations.
- Maintain the highest standards of data hygiene, consent tracking, and profile enrichment.
- 5+ years of CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention experience, with 3+ years in eCommerce or DTC fashion/luxury considered a very strong advantage.
- Strong mastery of an advanced CRM platform such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, SalesForce, or other enterprise solutions.
- Deep fluency in lifecycle strategies, segmentation, RFM modeling, and customer behavioral insights.
- Proven track record of driving returning customer revenue and improving repurchase rates.
- Experience working with product feeds, merchandising logic, and SKU-level personalization.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into creative and commercial strategies.
- Strong sense of brand expression—able to blend performance optimization with luxury aesthetics
- Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with Merchandising, Creative, Tech, and eCommerce.
