We are currently looking for a HR & Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team in Sofia.

We are currently looking for a HR & Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team in Sofia.
What will you do?
- Manage every stage of the recruitment process- from initial communication and attracting talent to leading interviews, final selection, offer and contract preparation, placement and on-boarding;
- Contribute to creating and maintaining talent pools of both active and passive candidates;
- Take good care of our candidate database and regularly update candidates’ status and progress;
- Assure great candidate experience in order to keep warm connections with ex-applicants;
- Take part in HR related tasks;
- Maintain personnel records and update employee details according to the labor legislation;
- Administrating paid/unpaid leaves, sick leaves, maternity leaves etc.;
- Actively collaborating with and be an integrative part of the HR team.
- At least 3 years of IT recruitment experience;
- Excellent knowledge of Bulgarian legislation and Labor Code;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail;
- Proactive attitude and problem solving ability;
- Ability to maintain confidential information;
- Fluency in English.
