Data Entry Specialist with German language (Invoice Processing)
Main duties:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to acquire Accounting knowledge and experience, being involved in the following tasks:
- Processing supplier invoices, matching them with corresponding purchase orders and goods receipts;
- Resolving any discrepancies or payment issues;
- Participating in the month-end closing activities;
- Collaborating closely with the internal departments and external suppliers.
- Professional experience as a Data Entry Specialist, Junior Accounts Payable,, Customer Support or other relevant role;
- Very good command of GERMAN - both written and spoken (B2 level or higher);
- Good command of the English language;
- Hands-on experience or good knowledge of SAP;
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Control, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or another economics-related specialty;
- Proactive and team-oriented with strong attention to detail;
- Knowledge of financial processes and AP workflow would be an advantage, but it`s not mandatory!
