We need engineers who can think strategically and build systems handling millions of banking operations.
What you'll own
Technical architecture: Make fundamental decisions about our AI platform. Design React/TypeScript interfaces, build Python FastAPI systems orchestrating AI workflows, create scalable database architectures. AI innovation: Integrate cutting-edge AI into production banking systems. Build intelligent agents for complex decision-making. Work with Azure OpenAI to create unprecedented solution Business transformation: Partner with stakeholders to solve operational challenges. Your systems will automate processes requiring human intervention. See direct impact of your architectural decisions. Platform evolution: Greenfield work building new capabilities. - 2+ years using or even better architecting AI/ML systems in production
- Strong full-stack capabilities (React/TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL)
- Experience integrating AI into business-critical systems

- Translate business requirements into technical architecture
- Influence product direction through technical insight
Innovation mindset:
- Stay current with AI/ML developments
