Currently the company is looking for Client Engagement Executive, Coordinator Revenue to join the dynamic team!

The Client Engagement Executive is a strong administrator with excellent organizational and written communication skills. The successful employee works extensively with the Client Engagement team to manage client queries and back office tasks assigned according to set SLAs and processes. A focus to always strive to exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

· Monitoring on a daily basis, through reports from database and other available sources, and planning the follow up, completion and successful submission of the foreign VAT recovery claims, tax office requests, appeals, and ready to be applied claims, waiting for confirmation. · Manage and execute on incoming and outgoing client queries allocated for action, supporting and mentoring the rest of the team on complicated such. · Managing own and supporting on expansions for companies where there is an identified opportunity or request from the client. · Suggesting process improvements, where there is a need. · Manage the configuration of Data Base of company information, pricing, bank details and any other relevant information. · Manage the pre-population of forms and creation of document binders using Adobe Acrobat Reader. · Keeping management informed of performance by providing weekly reports as agreed. · Work towards achieving set KPIs associated with the above functions. · Carry out other team Engagement related duties as assigned by the line manager. · Responsibilities include managing queries from clients and to manage deadline requirements for these clients.

Requirements · Fluency in English, both verbally and written is a requirement. Additional languages a strong advantage. · Ambitious, organized and being a person who enjoys a process driven approach to tasks. · Working well independently with a strong sense of how to prioritise in a fast paced environment. · Excellent attention to detail. · Good commercial acumen in identifying potential issues before they occur. · Experience in B2B client communications is an advantage. · Ability to relay urgency in a convincing, friendly and patient manner. · Excellent team player. · Experience in working with Microsoft package advantageous.
