For one of our clients – a leading provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, enabling global brands to enhance digital experiences across fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries, we are looking for – Client Relations Specialist with Czech and Slovak (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the friendly first point of contact for our customers via phone and email, creating a positive experience from the very first interaction;
• Listen carefully to customers' needs and provide clear, accurate, and helpful solutions;
• Build trust and lasting relationships by delivering professional, empathetic, and customer-focused support;
• Make every interaction count by ensuring customers feel valued, supported, and satisfied;
• Collaborate with teammates and internal departments to improve processes and contribute to an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements:

• Fluent Czech with a good command of Slovak and English;
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude;
• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer service;
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay organized while handling different tasks;
• A positive mindset, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for working in a supportive team environment;
• Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
