We are currently supporting them in recruiting motivated juniors to join their team in Varna for the position of:

Junior Order Management Specialist

The role focuses on coordinating activities across internal teams to support seamless order management and timely product delivery.

Some of your responsibilities:

• Creating/ confirming orders and monitoring deliveries;
• Maintaining accurate order data within the inventory management system;
• Verifying supplier order data and initiating corrective actions as necessary;

Requirements for the role:

• Last-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Logistics, or a related field;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables;
• Excellent command of English (B2 level or higher);
• A collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The following will be considered an advantage, but are not mandatory:

• Experience in the Operational or Supply Chain department (e-commerce field);
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP;
• Good working level of the German language.
