For one of our clients’ new project in the premium sportswear sector, we are looking for – Brand Customer Advisor with Dutch or German or French or Italian or Spanish. The project is focused on delivering excellent customer support for a globally recognized active lifestyle brand.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional customer support via email, chat, and phone;
• Assist customers throughout their shopping journey, from product inquiries to after-sales support;
• Handle customer cases with empathy and a solution-oriented approach;
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems regularly;
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience in line with brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Dutch, German, French, Italian, or Spanish, with a good level of English;
• Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce support is a plus;
• Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude;
• Comfortable working across multiple communication channels;
• Tech Tech-savvy, organized, and adaptable to new tools and systems.
