For one of our clients’ projects – a global Fortune 500 company and one of the world’s leading international manufacturers of consumer products, recognized for its strong global presence, innovation, and commitment to quality – we are looking for a Device Support Associate with Azerbaijani to join their dynamic support team.

Responsibilities:
- Be the friendly expert who helps users with their personal devices in a clear and supportive way;
- Communicate through chat, email, or phone to resolve issues quickly and efficiently;
- Troubleshoot technical problems and make sure every user enjoys a smooth, satisfying experience;
- Keep track of cases, follow up with users, and ensure every issue is fully resolved;
- Collaborate with your teammates to share knowledge, improve processes, and deliver the best service possible;
- Stay informed about product updates so you can provide accurate, helpful advice.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and good command of English;
- Previous experience in customer service or tech support is a plus — but not required;
- A problem-solving mindset with a friendly, customer-first approach;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain tech in a simple, human way;
- A fast learner with solid basic tech skills and curiosity to grow;
- A true team player — organized, reliable, and ready to make a difference.
