For one of our clients – a technology-enabled BPO firm dedicated to optimizing customer service and business performance for world-renowned brands – we are looking for a Health Support Services Specialist with Dutch to join an exciting project focused on managing crucial healthcare schemes in the Netherlands and supporting customers with essential health-related services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls about payments, billing, and service updates;
• Process requests to update customer account details;
• Help manage payment transactions smoothly;
• Support important social and care programs;
• Provide friendly and accurate customer service.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch and very good English skills;
• Basic understanding of social or care services is a plus;
• Ability to handle written requests carefully;
• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn;
• Willingness to deliver great customer service.
