What You’ll Find Here
- Exciting Projects – Take part in high-impact projects, directly supporting the Finance Division. Work on the design and development of data-driven solutions for bank strategy, financial performance & profitability, macroeconomic trends, competitive benchmarking and etc. Your work will contribute to smarter decision-making and deeper insights across the bank. As we continue to expand our data and analytics capabilities, you will also be well-positioned to participate in future AI and Machine Learning projects, aimed at unlocking even deeper insights and predictive capabilities across the bank
- Collaboration, Learning & Professional Growth – Collaborate closely with data engineers, financial analysts and domain experts across the organization, which lead to continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth through hands-on involvement in real business cases.
As a BI Data Analyst, you will:
- Understand and Translate Business Needs: Gather and analyze requirements; translate them into clear specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Work with SQL Databases: Use advanced SQL to explore, extract, and validate the data needed to support reporting needs. Your SQL analysis will form the foundation of Power BI dashboards and insights.
- Design and Build Power BI Reports: Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. Write DAX measures and queries to support reporting needs, ensuring clarity and accuracy for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business and technical teams to deliver data solutions that provide real business value.
- Identify Opportunities for Improvement: Analyze business processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions.
- Document Your Work: Create thorough and structured documentation covering requirements, definitions, logic, and methodologies.
- 3+ years of experience as a BI Analyst, BI Developer, Data Analyst or Reporting Analyst (preferably in financial services or banking).
- Strong SQL skills – ability to write efficient, complex queries across large datasets.
- Hands-on Power BI experience – building dashboards, using DAX, ensuring data quality and user-friendly visuals.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- A university degree in Economics, Mathematics, Informatics, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills – comfortable working with both business and technical teams.
- Experience in requirements gathering and process documentation.
- Understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality practices.
- Passion for BI, data storytelling, and business insights.
- Strong interest in AI, Machine Learning (MLP), and data science innovations.
