For one of our clients, a leading company in the BPO industry, delivering high-quality outsourced customer experience and business process solutions across global markets, we are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator with Arabic or Hebrew or Dutch with English (day and night shifts).

For one of our clients, a leading company in the BPO industry, delivering high-quality outsourced customer experience and business process solutions across global markets, we are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator with Arabic or Hebrew or Dutch with English (day and night shifts).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in daily operations and client management;
- Maintain and update customer data in the company's platforms;
- Support lead generation and prospect follow-ups;
- Coordinate communication between sales and other departments;
- Help prepare offers, presentations, and proposals;
- Track sales performance and assist in reporting.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic or Hebrew, or Dutch - C1 level;
- English – at least on level B2;
- Interest in sales and client communication;
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- Good knowledge of MS Office package;
- Flexibility to work in shifts (day and night).
