Business Development Manager - Data Quality

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Customer Management team, focusing on the quality and maintenance of individual customer data. The role combines strategic thinking, data analysis, and process optimization, as well as collaboration with departments such as Marketing and Branch Network.

We are not necessarily looking for years of experience. This position is a great opportunity for a young professional who is organized, reliable, and creative, and eager to learn, grow, and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze the client base and identify areas for improvement in data quality and structure;
• Initiate and coordinate data cleanup and update campaigns;
• Work closely with the Marketing department on client communication initiatives;
• Improve internal processes related to data entry, maintenance, and usage;
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date training materials;
• Participate in cross-departmental working groups and projects related to the customer lifecycle and regulatory requirements;
• Keep clear documentation, manage deadlines, and stay on top of tasks.
