Key Responsibilities:
- Target Prop Firms: Identify and engage with retail prop firm owners and decision-makers, introducing them to our industry-leading CRM.
- Build Strong Client Relationships: Understand client needs and demonstrate how our CRM optimizes trader onboarding, performance tracking, and compliance.
- Expand Market Reach: Research and pursue new business opportunities, driving growth within the retail prop firm sector.
- Collaborate on Product Development: Provide valuable client insights to the product and tech teams to enhance CRM features.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize conversions and revenue.
- Industry Networking: Represent our CRM at industry events, webinars, and conferences.
- Stay Ahead of Competitors: Monitor market trends and competitor products to position our CRM as the top choice.
- Manage the Sales Pipeline: Track leads, progress, and sales performance using internal tools.
- Support New Clients: Ensure a smooth onboarding process, helping prop firms realize the full potential of our CRM.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in finance, trading operations, or CRM software (prop firm CRM experience is a plus).
- Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and drive market expansion.
