Subra Pharmacies is a well-established chain with many years of experience in providing high-quality pharmaceutical products and services. We believe that successful marketing is the key to building a strong relationship with our customers. Due to the expansion of our team, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to develop and implement the company's overall marketing strategy, with a particular focus on digital marketing and branding.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy across digital and traditional channels
• Manage and coordinate the marketing team, including digital marketing specialists, branding, PR, and advertising campaign experts
• Create and manage the annual marketing budget, allocate resources, and optimize costs
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various channels – online platforms, social media, print, and outdoor media
• Develop and implement brand positioning strategies and increase customer engagement
• Analyze market trends, the competitive environment, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities
• Monitor and optimize the performance of marketing activities through the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Manage website and social media content, including SEO strategies and email marketing
• Coordinate work with external agencies, advertising partners, influencers, and media companies
• Develop and manage customer loyalty marketing campaigns

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital marketing
• Excellent knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Understanding of SEO, marketing automation, and consumer behavior analysis
• Strong leadership and management skills – ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
• Creativity, strategic thinking, and results-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills both in Bulgarian and English
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and CRM systems is an advantage
