For one of our clients - a global leader in business process outsourcing, focused on efficiency and outstanding client experiences, we are looking for – Inside Sales Support Advisor with Dutch or Italian or French or German (Hybrid).

For one of our clients - a global leader in business process outsourcing, focused on efficiency and outstanding client experiences, we are looking for – Inside Sales Support Advisor with Dutch or Italian or French or German (Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support to the sales team by assisting with administrative and coordination tasks;
- Communicate with existing or potential customers to present products or services;
- Deliver accurate and clear information about company offers and solutions;
- Help with processing orders and tracking their status to ensure timely delivery;
- Keep customer data up to date in the system and maintain detailed records;
- Work closely with other internal teams to resolve client requests or issues.
Requirements:
- Dutch, Italian, French or German at a C1 level, with strong verbal and written communication;
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher, ensuring ease with internal tools and communication;
- Interest in sales, customer service, or business support roles;
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build customer relationships;
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with tools like CRM or Excel;
