Top Skills Recruitment is looking for a motivated and experienced Accounts Receivable Accountant to join the team of one of our clients – a well-established international organization operating through a shared services hub in Europe. This is a confidential search, offering the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic finance function within a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage receipt processing, electronic bank statement handling, and cash allocation
• Request and support the maintenance of customer master data
• Assist in processing payments, including dispute management and cash application
• Perform credit control activities, including dunning, adjustments, and write-offs
• Maintain customer accounts and support month-end and periodic closings
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and service standards across the European operation
• Understand and deliver against SLAs and KPIs related to Accounts Receivable processes
• Support initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of AR operations
• Demonstrate a proactive and positive approach to assigned tasks and actively contribute to team collaboration

Required Qualifications:

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Accounting preferred)
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably with exposure to Accounts Receivable processes
• Previous experience in a complex and international business environment
• Solid understanding of end-to-end Finance and Accounting processes
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel (depending on the team)
• Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of an additional foreign language may be required, depending on the team
