Are you ready to break new ground with us? The join us and help us strengthen our Finance team in Sofia as a Billing Specialist.

Responsibilities

  • Raise invoices in MS 365 F&O based on customer contracts registered in MS CRM.
  • Processing credit notes & debit notes.
  • Execute revenue deferrals and related bookings in MS 365 F&O.
  • Participate in the monthly MRR & ARR calculation process.
  • Monitor receivables, invoice due dates, and customer payment terms.
  • Maintain monthly balance sheet schedules related to revenue-linked bookings.
  • Allocate customer payments to corresponding invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Control of cash allocation and customer settlement for account reconciliation.
  • Control and monitor of overdue payments.
  • Monitor of the weekly internal reports.
  • Research and resolve discrepancies in invoicing, ensuring accuracy of charges and processing related credit notes or claims.
  • Communicate with internal departments regarding customer claims and ensure proper processing of required documentation.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support on billing‑related issues.
  • Manage the Accounts Receivable ledger and the Accounts Receivable files.


Requirements

  • Solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Structured, efficient, and highly organized working style.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment, and adapt to new technologies and process improvements.
  • High sense of responsibility coupled with a strong team‑oriented approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal departments and interact professionally with customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience with MS 365 Finance & Operations and MS CRM is an advantage.
  • Very good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
