Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process financial transactions, handle billing operations, and support month-end activities with precision and accuracy
• Work collaboratively across departments - manage invoice processing, analyze financial data, and ensure compliance with established procedures.

Qualifications:

• Preferred Fields of Study: Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• 1 year of relevant accounting/finance experience
• Experience with financial management systems and ERP software is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures
• Detail-oriented with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong focus on accuracy and quality in all work products
• Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high performance standards
• Technical certification may be required for some positions
• May require occasional travel based on business needs
