• Collaborate with our design and front-end teams and develop new features and enhancements for our websites, built on WordPress.
• Customize and configure WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements.
• Optimize website performance, including page load times, for optimal user experience.
• Troubleshoot and debug any issues or bugs that arise, providing timely resolutions.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search rankings.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively suggest improvements to our existing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketers and content creators, to ensure seamless integration of website elements.
• Maintain website security and implement necessary updates and patches.
• Promote the usage of industry standards.

• 5+ years of professional experience in WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, hooks, and filters.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and familiarity with SEO plugins.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
