Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's goals and values.
• Enhance company’s visibility, awareness and reputation by developing and executing effective social media campaigns
• Manage and oversee social media content
• Create engaging content for social media channels
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
• Ensures the company's messages are consistent and engaging across all communication platforms
• Generate fresh news angles and story ideas to maintain a continuous flow of positive coverage
• Direct social media agencies to engage audiences across traditional and new media
• Measure and report the success of every social media campaign
• Monitor, analyze and communicate results on a monthly basis

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in, PR, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field. Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google+ and other social media best practices
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Familiarity with web design and publishing
• Excellent multitasking time-management skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in Bulgarian and English, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
