- Campaign Mastery: Launch, optimize, and scale high-performing ad campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and others
- Strategic Growth: Architect comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to different countries, target audiences, and business goals
- Data-Driven Execution: Continuously test new hypotheses, discover untapped growth loops, and make smart, analytical decisions
- KPI Ownership: Deep-dive into performance metrics, track KPIs, and proactively pitch innovative ways to boost ROI
- Creative Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our creative team, translating data into insights on what visuals and copy resonate best with our audiences
- Budget Management: Efficiently allocate, monitor, and optimize advertising budgets across multiple markets
Your Profile?
- The Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing (proven track record of scaling campaigns)
- The Tools: Mastery of Meta Ads and Google Ads. Proficient knowledge of GA4 and TikTok Ads is a huge plus
- The Mindset: A strong analytical and critical thinker who lets data guide the way, without losing sight of the creative details
- Global Outlook: Experience with international digital marketing campaigns is highly valued.
- Communication: Exceptional literacy, copywriting awareness, and sharp attention to detail. Excellent English is required
