We are seeking a Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist to support and execute our digital marketing and social media strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media channels, and driving brand awareness through strategic digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Management:

  • Execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (text, images, video, HTML) that builds meaningful connections and engages our audience
  • Create and modify content promoting company activities and initiatives
  • Develop weekly post schedules across all social media platforms
  • Coordinate the creation of original, high-quality copy for:
  • Facebook and LinkedIn posts
  • Landing pages
  • Ad copy and promotional materials

Audience Engagement & Community Management:

  • Interact with targeted audiences within the approved company's tone of voice
  • Monitor and respond to audience interactions across social media channels
  • Build and nurture community engagement


Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor ROI and KPIs consistently
  • Track and report social media channel results monthly or as requested
  • Capture and analyze social media data, metrics, insights, and best practices
  • Continuously improve strategies based on performance data


Content Support & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to generate employer branding and marketing content
  • Support digital marketing initiatives aligned with the company brand and business goals
  • Provide photo coverage of company events and activities
  • Coordinate with external partners on marketing campaigns
  • Support ad-hoc marketing and communications inquiries as they arise


General Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all internal company rules, regulations, and confidentiality policies
  • Maintain professional behavior and respect for colleagues and the working environment
  • Use company resources (internet, phone, technical equipment) solely for work purposes


Position Requirements Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or social media management


Language:

  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal)

  • Reports to: Brand Manager
  • Collaborates with: Internal departments, marketing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
