As part of our team expansion, we are looking for a proactive and organized professional to join as Tarde Marketing Specialist.

? Open Position: Trade Marketing Specialist

Location: Sofia

Employment Type: Full-time

? Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinates the production, stock availability and distribution of POS materials.
• Participates in the development of new POSM solutions tailored to the needs of brands, customers and sales channels.
• Organizes multi-brand campaigns, seasonal activations and secondary placements.
• Coordinates Tailor Made Activities for key clients together with internal teams and external partners.
• Supports the preparation of sales presentations, promotional mechanics and customer materials.
• Organizes degustation and in-store activations with promotional agencies.
• Monitors market trends and the visibility of Prestige products across trade channels.
• Supports budget tracking, campaign expenses and performance analysis.

✅ Requirements:

• Experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, Sales or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with external partners.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Analytical mindset and interest in the commercial environment.
• Good command of MS Office.
• English language – working proficiency.
• Experience in an FMCG company would be considered an advantage.
