We are a leading iGaming development studio specializing in creating in-house innovative live casino games, RNG games, and fast-paced entertainment experiences.
Our portfolio includes high quality live dealer games, crash games and fast games that entertain players worldwide.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Game Producer to take the lead in developing groundbreaking casino games. You will oversee the end-to-end production process, from concept to delivery, ensuring our games are not only fun and engaging but also meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Game Concept Development:: Collaborate with creative teams to design unique and market-relevant live casino games and RNG games.
Project Management:: Plan, manage, and track game development projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Team Coordination:: Act as the central point of contact for designers, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
Quality Assurance:: Ensure all games meet our high-quality standards through rigorous testing and iteration.
Market Research:: Analyze industry trends, specific Geos and player preferences to guide the creation of innovative gaming experiences.
Stakeholder Collaboration:: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align game development with business goals.
Post-Launch Management: Monitor game performance, gather player feedback, and coordinate updates or enhancements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Game Producer, Project Manager, or similar role in the gaming industry, preferably in iGaming.
Strong understanding of live casino games, RNG mechanics, and crash/fast game design.
Excellent project management skills, with experience using tools like Trello, Notion or similar.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for games and a deep understanding of player engagement.
Social gaming experience can be considered a plus.
