Agile Project Manager – Sofia

• Work with the delivery team to develop and agree project scope and objectives
• Gide the team and product owner in managing product backlog
• Prepare, agree, and maintain up to date project schedule
• Ensure needed IT resources are allocated, as per the latest schedule
• Manages stakeholder communication and expectations
• Monitors project progress and reports it on regular basis
• Running sprint planning, backlog refinement and other project-related meetings
• Develops and delivers project documentation such as: project charters, project schedules, presentations, project status reports, etc.
• Prepares regular and ad hoc project status presentations

We are currently undertaking a modernization of our IT architecture and applications for both BSS and OSS. For this task we are looking for Agile Project Manager who will help us to successfully deliver the necessary functionalities of critical IT systems, as well as to ensure that those systems will operate without incidents in a large enterprise environment.

Show us you have:

• University degree in the field of Telecommunications, Information Technologies, or Business
• Minimum 4 years professional experience
• Minimum 1 year experience in management of IT projects
• Knowledge in IT projects, services, software development and delivery processes
• Very good communication skills
• Analytical thinking
• Knowledge in Atlassian stack – Jira, Confluence
• Very good communication skills and analytical thinking

Bonus points if you also are:

• SAFe Agilist (SA)
• SAFe Lean Portfolio Management
• Scrum Master certifications (CSM / PSM)
• Agile / Lean certifications
