Product Development Manager – International Markets, Sofia

Contribution and key responsibilities:

 Lead the development and optimization of digital banking products across international markets, from concept to launch

 Transform business strategies and customer needs into competitive digital solutions that deliver value

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, Risk, Legal) to deliver scalable, market-ready products

 Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to ensure strong product positioning

 Manage product performance by tracking results, identifying growth opportunities, and driving improvements

 Support go-to-market planning and the successful launch of new products and features

 Align product development with business objectives and long-term international growth strategies

For efficiency and effective role performance:

 3+ years of experience in product development or management, preferably in digital banking, fintech, or tech-driven environment

 Strong knowledge of digital financial products and their usage across markets

 Business-oriented mindset linking product decisions to growth, customer acquisition, and retention

 Proficient in using data and performance insights to inform decisions

 Experience in an international or multi-market environment is a strong advantage

 Proactive, structured, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

 Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus
