Product Development Manager – International Markets, Sofia
Contribution and key responsibilities:
Lead the development and optimization of digital banking products across international markets, from concept to launch
Transform business strategies and customer needs into competitive digital solutions that deliver value
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, Risk, Legal) to deliver scalable, market-ready products
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to ensure strong product positioning
Manage product performance by tracking results, identifying growth opportunities, and driving improvements
Support go-to-market planning and the successful launch of new products and features
Align product development with business objectives and long-term international growth strategies
For efficiency and effective role performance:
3+ years of experience in product development or management, preferably in digital banking, fintech, or tech-driven environment
Strong knowledge of digital financial products and their usage across markets
Business-oriented mindset linking product decisions to growth, customer acquisition, and retention
Proficient in using data and performance insights to inform decisions
Experience in an international or multi-market environment is a strong advantage
Proactive, structured, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus
