Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support for cybersecurity products by analyzing and resolving advanced
- Investigate and identify root causes of system, application, or infrastructure issues across
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate, analyze, and resolve product-related concerns;
- Build strong client relationships by acting as a trusted technical partner and ensuring
- Accurately log case details, steps taken, and solutions in internal systems for transparency
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, service-level expectations, and internal

Qualifications:
- Over 2-5 years of practical experience in technical support, IT operations, or cybersecurity
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field such as Computer Science, Information
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting Linux and Windows operating systems, including OS-
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, including VPN technologies, firewalls, TCP/IP,
- Hands-on experience with databases, both relational and NoSQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MS
- Proficient in scripting and programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, and
