We are currently looking for an experienced, self-motivated Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our boutique 5 stars property - The Emporium Hotel Plovdiv – MGallery Collection. Strategically located in the heart of Plovdiv, we offer 61 Smart rooms with unique design, three executive meeting rooms, well-being zones, two trendy restaurants and a Champagne bar & Cocktail lounge. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Through your passion and motivation, your overall role will be to position and promote The Emporium Hotel Plovdiv – MGallery Collection as the market leader through Marketing and PR activities as well as to ensure compliance with the brand and to create a memorable guest journey. · Develop a public relations and marketing plan for the hotel based on its strategic goals. Liaise with Sales in targeting specific markets and developing the public relations strategies to reach these markets · Develop and maintain excellent media contacts. Act as hotel’s liaison with media to promote good publicity and counteract bad publicity. · Content creation: Developing and curating engaging content, including written posts, photos, and videos for all revenue centers of the hotel: Rooms, Wellbeing center, F&B outlets including Banquets/Conferences · Fully responsible for approaching, networking, management and marketing activities with appropriate influencers. · Bring ideas and participate in the preparations of promotional theme events and other promotional activities. Attending the events to capture and post live social media content. · Community engagement: Interacting with followers and influencers to build a strong online community for the hotel. · Communicate and coordinate with all internal departments as well as with external creative agencies and suppliers. · Create and ensure all marketing content for every promotional channel are in line with brand identity before sending to the advertising or printer agency. Provide content and images for websites according to brand identity. · Create, coordinate and maintain hotel give-aways and collaterals. · Maintain guest database for mailing campaigns · Assist in the e-marketing initiatives for the hotel key feeder markets to increase the number of qualified visitors to the hotel website thus increasing revenues and conversion. · Assist on matters related to creative and media planning for Google Ads and display campaigns. · Ensure brand and marketing messages send through Mail chimp are consistent with overall marketing activities (i.e. special promotions/offers etc.) · Conduct competition checks, benchmarking and follow up on market trends on a regular basis. · Assist with any other duties as requested by supervisors and management. YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: · Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel marketing. · Relevant experience in managing brand online communications and social media management in a luxury segment will be considered as an advantage. · Excellent knowledge of the hospitality industry, distribution channels, and digital marketing. · Advertising experience across search, display and paid social. · Higher education — preferably in tourism or marketing. · Ability to focus attention on guest needs. · Highly responsible & reliable · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required · Proactiveness, energy, and willingness for professional development. · Good knowledge of Facebook / Instagram / Linkedin, Facebook Business Manager, Mail chimp, Adobe Illustrator / or other similar creative application/, Google My business, Google Analytics. · Copywriting skills and Creative design abilities · Fluency in English.
