In connection with the continuous and dynamic development, we are looking for motivated people to become part of Technical Support Division.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and coordinate the work of field service technicians and service support team across multiple locations;
- Manage two technical teams, ensuring effective task allocation, scheduling and operational control;
- Ensure timely, high-quality execution of service and support activities in line with technical standards and customer requirements;
- Lead the optimization and standardization of field operations processes, procedures and workflows;
- Monitor technical performance, prepare operational reports and track KPIs related to efficiency, quality and response time;
- Oversee the execution of annual technical and operational plans within the field operations function;
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, company policies, procedures and safety requirements;
- Manage field service operations in Bulgaria and abroad;
- Support technical preparation and on-site activities related to international trade fairs and exhibitions;
- Coordinate operations in dynamic, large-scale technical environments and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- University degree in Engineering, Automation, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field;
- Fluent English (spoken and written);
- Proven experience in managing field service teams;
- Professional experience in service or technical operations;
- Strong technical and process-oriented mindset;
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to balance technical quality and business objectives;
- Experience with service management tools / field service software is a strong advantage;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
- Experience in managing medium to large technical teams is considered an advantage.
