The role In this director position, you will serve as a key operational authority, responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects, processes, and daily operations. You will ensure standards are upheld, timelines are met, and teams remain aligned — turning strategy into clear, measurable results.

• Track KPIs, performance indicators, and deadlines, using data to improve efficiency and quality
• Monitor progress, identify risks early, and proactively resolve issues before they escalate
• Coordinate schedules, priorities, and resources with a strong focus on discipline and execution
