Position Highlights:
Responsible for the design and the user experience of various web applications. The UI/UX Designer will work closely with our Product Owners and developers to ensure seamless web/mobile design and the successful implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles across all our digital platforms.
Main responsibilities:
- Plan and implement new designs
- Optimize existing user interface designs
- Test for intuitively and experience
- Communicate with clients and Product Owners to understand their business goals and objectives
- Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-cantered solutions
- Combine creativity with awareness of the design elements
- Create prototypes for new product ideas
- Test new ideas before implementing
Main requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar role of designing digital products
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows.
- Experience with design and organization tools such as Sketch/Figma/Adobe CC
- Experience working with engineering teams to develop designs that align with technical realities
- Knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction.
- Ability to discuss and explain design options
- Presentation and facilitation skills to clearly communicate design decisions and influence business process owners and stakeholders
- Demonstrated proficiency with selecting appropriate UI patterns and applying UCD methodologies to effectively solve design problems
