We are a small team of experienced, open-source-oriented developers who are driven by the desire to make high-quality products. Our name, "Elders", represents our strength and experience on the ground we are standing on and the strong collaboration in the team environment. We are working with EU-based clients on various products, and we are looking for a Senior QA engineer who will become a part of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Be a key player in a multi-disciplinary team made up of Quality Engineers, Software Developers, Product Owners, Project Managers, DevOps Engineers and UI/UX designers.
• Create detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Be a driving force in the further automation of test cases.
• Perform manual tests for new features that aren't under automatic tests yet.
• Identify, register, document, and track bugs.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are fixed.
• Report the results of test sessions to the team and management.
• Continually improve our testing process.
• Coach less experienced QA engineers.

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience with web development and testing complex web applications.
• ISTQB certificate or are willing to obtain one.
• Experience with tools that help you manage your test cases and/or defects (We use Zephyr Scale).
• Experience with test automation tools/libraries (e.g. Playwright).
• Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g. Octoperf).
• Fluency in English.
