PostgreSQL Database Administrator
Some of the key responsibilities for the role:
- Management and optimization of large-scale, cloud-native PostgreSQL environments, including performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and schema design.
- Close collaboration with engineering teams to ensure high availability, database reliability, scalability, and overall other database-related issues.
- Improvement of database-related development and deployment processes (e.g., online schema changes) while staying current with cloud-native and microservices best practices.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Database Administrator.
- Strong PostgreSQL database administration, supporting 24/7 production environments.
- Experience in PostgreSQL system monitoring, performance tuning, and optimization strategies.
- Good knowledge and experience in virtualization and clustered environments.
- Expertise in designing large-scale production database platforms.
- Very good command of English language.
- Very competitive remuneration;
