SOLUTION ARCHITECT
You will have the perfect opportunity to join a strategic and large-scale digital transformation project within the company. This critical role involves developing the solution, validating technology assumptions, evaluating implementation alternatives, and finalizing the optimal approach.

SOLUTION ARCHITECT
You will have the perfect opportunity to join a strategic and large-scale digital transformation project within the company. This critical role involves developing the solution, validating technology assumptions, evaluating implementation alternatives, and finalizing the optimal approach.
The successful candidate will have to:
- Define consistent solution architectures across all IT layers (data, application, technology).
- Align business requirements with systems/technical requirements following enterprise architectural plans.
- Provide technical consulting throughout the project lifecycle, offering expertise during pre-study, system analysis, design, build, deploy, and test phases.
- Ensures that the solution is properly documented.
- Drives evaluation of new technologies to advise Product Owner/Product owner support and/or IT Delivery Lead.
- Transfer knowledge and share both successes and failures with the team.
- University degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in Computer Science, (Software) Engineering, (Business) Informatics or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in senior technical roles - e.g., Tech Lead, Team Lead, Solution/ Software Architect) or another hands-on leadership role in software development.
- Professional experience in the design and development of Microservices Architecture. Experience with SOA, REST, and Web Services.
- Experience and knowledge of ITSM best practices.
- Good understanding of requirements analysis, planning, and deploying IT solutions.
- Previous experience or strong knowledge of Java and/or .NET Core, as well as with Cloud environments (AWS, MS Azure).
- Some experience with OpenShift, Docker, Kafka, and API Management tools.
- Very good command of the English language (both written and verbal).
- Previous FinTech or InsurTech experience will be considered a good advantage but it is not mandatory!
