Currently, we are supporting them to recruit several smart and motivated Juniors to join their team for the role of:

Entry-level Technical Support Specialist with German and English

Your responsibilities will include:

• Resolve technical issues, mostly over the phone and through the ticketing system, providing clear and professional information in both German and English;
• Troubleshoot issues efficiently and determine optimal solutions for quick resolution;
• Maintain consistent, high-quality support through collaboration with the team, ensuring accurate documentation of all interactions and adherence to established procedures.

Essential requirements for this position:

• Fluent German and English languages - B2 / C1 level;
• Excellent communication and active listening skills;
• Ability to working collaboratively in a team environment, organized and detail oriented;
• An interest in Information Technologies and eagerness to gain knowledge in the field;
• Willingness to work on shifts;
• Ability to start in a short period of time.

The following will be considered advantages, but are not mandatory:

• Previous experience as a Technical / Customer Support or Service Desk Specialist;
• Knowledge or some experience with Microsoft 365.
