For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Customer Relation Specialist with Italian or Norwegian or Portuguese.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasional phone support in a professional and timely manner;
- Provide basic technical assistance and troubleshooting for common customer issues;
- Update and maintain accurate customer records, case notes, and internal documentation;
- Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate internal teams;
- Ensure high-quality service and timely responses in line with company standards and procedures;
- Support administrative processes and contribute to workflow and process improvements
- Identify customer needs and, when appropriate, present additional services or solutions in a consultative manner.
Requirements:
- Good command of Italian, Norwegian, or Portuguese, along with effective English communication skills;
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail in a professional environment;
- Previous experience in customer support, administration, or a similar role is considered an advantage;
- Comfortable working with multiple software systems, digital tools, and online platforms;
- Well-organized with the ability to manage tasks and priorities efficiently;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and international work environment.
