Our team is currently expanding, and we are looking for a Client Verification Agent to join our mission.

Main Responsibilities:

• Review and verify confidential client data and documents (including personal IDs, credit cards, and bank statements) strictly following approved procedures;
• Approve or decline the acceptance of documents based on established company rules and standards;
• Take accurate, data-driven decisions based on the received and processed information;
• Authenticate standard ID documents and secondary verification materials with low confidentiality levels;
• Utilize personal data processing systems to escalate complex or high-risk cases efficiently;
• Securely process all customer and company information, maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (written and verbal);
• Strong written communication skills;
• Good computer literacy and the ability to adapt to specialized data processing software;
• Exceptional focus and an analytical ability to spot discrepancies in documentation;
• A collaborative team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude;
• Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including night shifts, to support our global operations.
