Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and financial support to customers via email and live chat;
- Assist with software installation, account registration, and platform operations;
- Research and resolve client queries to ensure full satisfaction and case completion;
- Verify request details to maintain high standards of security and accuracy;
- Educate users on the company’s financial instruments and diverse trading services;
- Collaborate with team members to improve a product used by thousands worldwide.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (written and verbal);
- Strong computer literacy and excellent typing skills for efficient communication;
- Analytical thinking and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision;
- Willingness to work on night shifts to support global operations;
- Finance background or prior customer service experience is a plus.
