On their behalf, we are looking for Customer Support Specialists who are fluent in German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish or Turkish and are ready for new opportunities. The role is based in downtown Sofia and provides pure customer support to the European client of a famous US sportswear company. Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming contacts over email, phone, or live chat;
• Provide a fast, complete and friendly answer aligned;
• Send out follow up emails for the customer when needed;
• Ensure the scripting of the call is added to his ticket;
• Escalate customers tickets to the correct internal teams, when needed.

Requirements:

• Fluency in one of teh following languages: German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish or Turkish;
• Very good command of English language;
• Good communication skills;

• Openness to learning;

• Provide a fast, complete and friendly answer aligned;
