For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Digital Content Mediator with German or Polish or Arabic or Slovak (PTE/FTE).

For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Digital Content Mediator with German or Polish or Arabic or Slovak (PTE/FTE).
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content and advertisements;
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines;
- Flag or remove inappropriate or harmful content;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards;
- Provide timely reports on content moderation metrics.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German, Polish, Arabic, or Slovak and very good English;
- Strong attention to detail and good judgment;
- Experience in content moderation or related field is a plus;
- Ability to work under tight deadlines;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
