Our Toyota Balkans team is seeking a Fleet Customers & LCV Transformations coordinator to join our team in Bulgaria. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver exceptional customer service, bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward.
What you’ll do You will have overall responsibility for coordinating sales and after-sales activities and services for all corporate customers across the entire Toyota and Lexus dealer network, covering the full product portfolio of both brands, in accordance with customer requirements, company standards, and contractual terms. You will be accountable for further development of the company’s service portfolio to ensure profitable business growth and successful long-term relationships with the company’s key customers.

About you Educational Requirements:
- Secondary education.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in after-sales service within the automotive industry.
- Excellent knowledge of the company’s internal processes, systems, and operating procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer focus.
- Valid Category B driving licence.
- Working proficiency in English.
- Very good computer literacy.
- Excellent knowledge of:
