For one of our clients – a top provider of digital solutions and AI automation, helping global brands enhance experiences in fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for – Content Monitoring Associate with French or Italian or Albanian or Serbian.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate user-generated content and advertisements in accordance with platform policies and community guidelines;
• Identify content that may be harmful, sensitive, or in violation of established standards, and take the appropriate action;
• Make accurate, consistent, and well-informed moderation decisions in a fast-paced environment;
• Follow internal policies and quality standards while maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity;
• Work collaboratively with your team, sharing insights and contributing to continuous process improvements;
• Stay up to date with policy updates and apply new guidelines confidently in your daily work.

Requirements:

• Fluency in French, Italian, Albanian, or Serbian (written and spoken);
• Good command of English (B2 level or higher);
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and sound judgment;
• The ability to remain professional and resilient when reviewing sensitive or graphic content;
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift-based environment;
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to evolving policies and procedures;
• Previous experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, or a similar role is an advantage.
