As we continue shaping the future of payments, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst - Issuing Services to join our growing team.

As a Business Analyst - Issuing Services, you will be responsible for analyzing documentation and validating key requirements to create efficient business processes and resolve issues. Your efforts will ensure impactful changes and smooth implementations, fostering collaboration across departments and driving continuous improvement in business operations.

What you’ll do:

• Organize workshops, analyze documentation for example SWIFT, SEPA, Mastercard, VISA etc., collect and validate requirements.
• Review and design processes using BPMN 2.0, validate with stakeholders.
• Identify and document gaps in IT systems and team skills, prepare specs and training plans.
• Ensure alignment across departments, collaborate with development and QA teams.
• Manage change tasks and training, prepare operational procedures, coordinate implementation.
• Conduct root cause analysis, impact analysis, and support resolution.
• Identify and analyze problems, prepare specs for resolution, participate in QA.
• Analyze and improve business processes and transaction monitoring.
• Participate in BIA, define continuity requirements, RPO/RTO, and DRC procedures.

What you bring:

• Organize workshops, prepare specifications.
• Model business processes using BPMN 2.0.
• Document IT features, use cases, business rules, and regulatory requirements.
• Apply governing principles and rules.
• Liaise with banking professionals for information.
• Assist QA teams with test scenarios and acceptance criteria, participate in user acceptance tests.
• Approve releases.
• Experience with Agile practices, JIRA, and Confluence is a plus.
• Knowledge of UML and ArchiMate is a plus.
• A personal style that demonstrates authority, commitment and consistency, and inspires trust and confidence
• Fluent in English
